Gratitude refers to a state of appreciating and acknowledging the blessings, gifts, and positive aspects of life.
The self care skill of gratitude is a practice of recognizing and expressing thanks for the abundance and goodness that exists both within oneself and in the external world. Gratitude is deeply intertwined with spiritual well-being and is regarded as a transformative and uplifting practice across most spiritual traditions.
